I woke up to a phone call from one of my closest friends. Hearing from her was the perfect way to start the day. I haven’t felt this secure in weeks. Finally able to breathe again, nothing weighing me down. Being reminded of my true friends is all I really need sometimes. It gets hard when they aren’t in close proximity, but it’s the little things (like this morning’s catch up sesh) that keep me going. On a lighter note, I’m getting a lot better at letting go and entering foreign mindsets. It’s almost like I’m constantly switching my point of view…I think I’m finally able to stomach such rapid change. Potentially with grace? We’ll see…
